Questions about upgrades
Do I need any of these to take payments?
No. A reader and the account are enough to sell all day. These are for selling in more places than the counter.
Do they renew?
No. Every add-on in the catalogue is a one-time purchase — bought once, owned forever.
Which plan do I need?
Add-ons attach to an active plan. The Social Catalog Importer works on Starter; the rest need Business or Enterprise.
Does the online store change my fees?
Our 0.4% + 1¢ stays the same. Stripe charges a higher rate for card-not-present payments, and that is theirs.
Who owns the custom domain?
You do. Register it yourself and point it at the store, or buy it through us and keep the registration in your name.
