Can I see takings per outlet?
Yes. Every device belongs to an outlet, and reporting splits by outlet, by staff member and by day.
Does it integrate with our property management system?
Through the integrations upgrade or the API. Tell us which PMS you run through the help center and we will confirm before you buy.
How do licenses work across devices?
There are none to manage. Install the app, sign in, and the device joins the account.
Can different outlets have different catalogues?
Yes — a shared product library with per-outlet menus and prices.
Who do we call when a till fails on a Friday night?
The help center, and we will get a replacement terminal moving. Any other device on the account can take payments meanwhile.
